NON PROFIT ORGANISATION ELK WAS FOUNDED IN 1998 TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE EXPERIMENTAL MOVEMENT ACTIVITIES.
Working in new circus and perfoming art field.
AIM:
Public activities on non-profit basis
Hand-out stipends and support for creative work processes
Activities to unite dancers, circus artists, acrobatics, actors, video-makers ect
Organizing seminars, performances and advertising activities
Teaching
Exchanging information on the special field
Offering opportunities and support to the young artist finding their way

Introducing various contemporary arts to young fans, offering them opportunity to try out things by themselves.
"Circo Barabellum" 2007
Dance peace about life in traveling circus caravan. Based on true story. Directed by Vootele Vaher, who was a kid, when family was travel with circus in Italy
"ZUGA's piece for children" 2007. -2008
Target:children between ages 6 – 10.
Circus Summer Camps for Youth
Target:children between ages 4 – 12.
The camp is mostly for them who have not come across to circus before. Purpose is to offer interesting and skills develop activities to children. On the end of week, all children have possibility to perform to audience, with tricks, what they learned in camp.
2002, 2000 and 1998 Circus Festival for Youth
Target: children and the young between ages 5 – 18
Festival for children and young people. Participants from all over Estonia
2001 and 2000 Baltic Dance Summer School
Target: the young between ages 16 – 30.
Hosts teachers from Estonia and abroad. Advanced studies of contemporary dance, circus and other experimental movement styles mainly for professional dancers, choreographers and teachers, workshops for semiprofessionals
